Xref Limited (ASX:XF1), the human resources technology company, is pleased to announce its first integration built using its recently released public API platform, with recruitment solution provider, Springboard.
In February, the Company launched its public API offering, which allows third-party organisations to more efficiently integrate their software with Xref. The public API allows partner organisations to directly manage the connection of their service to the Xref platform, reducing the time and cost of integration.
Springboard is developed by PeopleScout, a global leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. Springboard offers Xref additional access to users across the world, further expanding the reach of the Xref platform. Through the integration, Springboard users will be able to request a reference check directly from the Springboard platform. They will also be able to tailor reference checks with targeted messaging to candidates and referees, while reducing the requirement for manual process completion and improving compliance,
